Fresh Vegetables, Herbs & Fruit
Creation Organics has four large greenhouses that grow a variety of vegetables, herbs and fruit. The soil that is used is mixed onsite and is scientifically designed to support the growth of nutrient-rich produce. This allows us to grow our produce without the use of toxic chemicals, synthetic fertilizers or pesticides.
Our produce can be purchased through CSA Subscriptions, food boxes at the farm, or at the Shelton Farmers' Market during the summer.
Our FOOD BOXES
Food Boxes are filled with our fresh picked produce and are available to order anytime during business hours starting in April. Boxes are prepared in the morning to ensure freshness, so order your box before noon for same day pick-up or preferably the day before. CSA Subscriptions are accepted starting March 1st.
FULL BOX Share feeds 4-5 people; HALF BOX share feeds 1-3 people

- 8-10oz bag of salad greens
- head of green loose leaf lettuce
- 3-4 slicing tomatoes
- 4-6 peppers (variety)
- 2 cucumbers
- 1 pint of strawberries
- 3-4 summer squash
- bunch of carrots (6-8)
- 1 lb of green beans
- 1 bunch of kale
- 2 onions
- 1 bunch of basil
- 1 bunch of parsley
- small herb bunch (oregano, thyme, mint, sage)
PICK-UP LOCATIONS for FOOD BOXES:
- Creation Organics Farm - Monday thru Wednesday after 12pm
- Shelton Farmer's Market - Saturdays 9-2pm (must place order before Saturday)
