CSA SUBSCRIPTION
CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture. By subscribing to a CSA, you are supporting the farm and the farmer with preseason expenses. This entitles the subscriber to a share of the bounty produced on the farm. Share boxes are distributed each week and include a variety of all the produce that is grown.
Benefits to the CSA Subscription:
- Receiving a box full of fresh picked vegetables on the day of harvest.
- Knowing how and where their food is grown.
- Knowing that you are supporting local agriculture, preserving farmland and contributing to the health of the local economy.
- Opportunity to learn how to grow food.
- Becoming more aware of their relation to the land and the process that makes life possible

- The opportunity to make a viable income early in the season before production starts
- Opportunity to sell directly to the consumer thereby building a relationship with the consumer
- Can focus more on growing food than having to market it.
- Prevents development of the land.
- Ensures that the land remains nurtured and bountiful.
CSA share boxes come in full or half size; FULL size feeds 3-4 people HALF size feeds 1-2 people.

Pick-up Locations - Pick your box up at the farm Monday thru Wednesday. OR at the Shelton Farmer's Market on Saturdays from 9-2pm. Other options may include a Union location for 2016 season.
